How to Get Started

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us via email, phone, or WhatsApp at +447832524225 to discuss your needs.
  2. Provide Details: Share information about the type of service you need, your products, and your monthly shipment volume.
  3. Send Your Goods: Order your goods in your company’s name but have them shipped to our address: Unit 5 D, Charlwoods Road, East Grinstead, West Sussex. RH19 2HG.

Welcome to Pro Prep Center, your trusted partner for third-party logistics (3PL) services in the UK. We specialize in providing comprehensive solutions for FBA, storage, and B2C services, tailored to meet the unique needs of your business.

A1: Send us an email or contact us via phone and WhatsApp at +447832524225.

  • Find out what kind of service you would need (e.g. FBA, storage of goods, B2C service, etc.).
  • What type of product do you have (technical, clothing, cosmetics, toys, etc.)?
  • How many products do you send per month? (1-10-100-1000).
  • Enter your company details, company name/number, email address, office address.

A3: You order the goods in the name of your company but at our address:
(Unit 5 D, Charlwoods Road, East Grinstead, West Sussex. RH19 2HG).

A4: When it arrives, we’ll send a photo of it on WhatsApp to see if it’s okay or damaged.

A5: If everything is OK, then I will give you an Excel sheet in which you write how much of which product to send.

A6: Send an invitation to the email address info@proprepcenter.co.uk in your Amazon account, add us to the User Permissions History menu in the settings found at the gear icon in the upper right corner.

A7: You give access to your Amazon account, including the Shipping and Inventory areas, and we handle the labeling and shipping for you.

A8: When it’s ready, we’ll send you the invoice with a 2-day payment deadline, so you can pay before the goods leave us. You can pay by bank transfer or bank card.
